In a perfect world we would have your systems running so smoothly that there would never be any issues and you would never need to call us! Unfortunately, IT never seems to work like that and systems are always finding new and wonderful ways of disrupting themselves.

At Tek24, we follow a simple plan:

1. We review, document your infrastructure
2. We fix, update and maintain any out of date or failing systems
3. We identify any potential weaknesses and either resolve them or recommend a plan of action
4. We report on our findings with any recommendations

We will always make recommendations where we feel that something could be more efficient, save money, is liable to fail or be a security risk, however we will never push you - unless we feel strongly that there is a security risk or potential threat to your business!
