Tek24 has been working with VoIP for over 5 years now, evaluating and rejecting various potential providers for our clients along the way through quality issues or shocking customer support.

Using our hosted solution, our clients are able to:

• connect to their own company phone system from anywhere with internet access (router configuration permitting) so working from home is as simple as plugging the phone into a router
• make inter office calls free of charge
• configure the system from a browser, including the setup of queues, hunt groups, call forwarding, reporting and telephone conferencing
• setup voicemail (including a facility to have an audio clip of your messages emailed to you)
• set up music on hold

Typically, a setup comes with a free local number, two concurrent lines and ten internal extensions but this is entirely flexible.

There is no equipment required other than the telephones (from £84.99 + vat and delivery), a hub and an internet connection i.e. once a system is setup, a phone will work in most internet connected environments.

We have found that most of our clients using this system have made savings and several have experienced large savings through decommissioning old ISDN/ PSTN based equipment and reducing line rental charges.
